The Panama Book Fair begins tomorrow with Colombia as a guest country - Noticias Invertalia

Panama, Aug 14 (EFE) .- The XIII International Book Fair of Panama will start this Tuesday in the Panamanian capital with Colombia as a guest and the assistance of countries such as Spain, Nicaragua, Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and Venezuela.

The event will be held until next Sunday under the motto "The City of Books" Discussions and forums on current and controversial issues such as xenophobia, violence against women, social networks and the role of youth.

The forum "Exodus of the 21st century: Refugees, xenophobia and borders "will open discussions this Tuesday with the participation of experts from UNHCR, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the current minister of the Tribunal de Accounts of Uruguay, Ruperto Long, author of the novel "The girl who watched the trains pass."
